Please, HELP US! I implore you. Daniel Roemer, a stroke victim, resident of colorado, and father of my children is being damaged in you Phoenix facility. Anne, his part time girlfriend has alienated him against the family…his own son’s, Alex and Pierre, and his sister. Anne allows Daniel no access to the outside world, and has re-written his past. She tried to marry him in your facility. She is totally controlling him and has brainwashed him.
She refuses to work with the family for Daniel’s benefit. She refuses to return his computer, cell phone, car, wallet, and the family dog. I spent my life saving getting Alex, Daniels son, a lawyer to become his father’s legal guardian, as per Amie Graham, director of nurses request (Daniel has been declared incompetent by the doctors) so my son could get his father away from this damaging woman and bring him home to Colorado, but the hospital refused it: Oops, Amie Graham made a mistake and told us the wrong thing.

Amie Graham is now saying that Alex needs legal guardianship in Phoenix, not Colorado, in order to bring his father home. She threatened to have us arrested and thrown in jail if we tried to bring Daniel home. I don’t understand any of it.
Anne is destroying this family one day at a time. She is cutting of utilities to Daniels home, has re-routed his mail to her address, and has ordered Alex—Daniel’s first born—out of the family home.
How could this have happened? How could a woman be so evil?
HOW COULD THIS HOSPITAL NOT SEE WHAT IS GOING ON; SHE WHAT THIS ANNE WOMAN IS DOING?

My boys are afraid they will never see their father again and they want to help take care of him. Daniel is blind, cannot walk, and has brain damage…and slowly my son’s lives are being destroyed, slowly Daniel’s sister’s life is being destroy...because of Anne, a woman who must have total control over Daniel, your patient, and because your facility is allowing it to happen. PLEASE HELP THIS FAMILY: HELP DANIEL ROEMER.
In this facility in Phoenix, this person, Amie Graham, does not know what she is doing. She has been nothing but inconsistent, negligent and incompetent, and if you need proof, just take a look at the letter she sent us below, with not even a letterhead: My comments are posted inbetween in italics.

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to memorialize our recent conversation, regarding Daniel Roemer. It is my understanding that payment for his stay at CareMeridian is seriously delinquent. The current amount due is $17,850.00.

*First off, is she honoring, celebrating, observing Daniel Roemer in memorializing him? And she addresses it to “whom it may concern,” and apparently she has had a conversation with “to whom it may concern,” but who is this?

As you know, CareMeridian does not accept Medicare or MediCal. We are currently giving you 30 days notice to bring the account current. We encourage you to pursue alternative plans as soon as possible.

*Who is this “You” that she is giving 30 days notice to and must pursue this? Is it “to whom it may concern,” who she had a conversation with, evidently?

In the event the account is not brought current by June 30, 2011, Daniel Roemer will be discharged. Amie Graham, the Director of Nursing/Case Manager @ CareMeridian assist you with discharge planning, however, we cannot guarantee a viable alternative will be available.

Assist us? Who is us? Is it “to whom it may concern?” There is no mention of any legal guardian, so go ahead and discharge him to his family. But as per her last conversation with me, there begins the threats, the legal process, the inconsistencies. We were told to get legal guardianship. We did. It took my life savings, but oh, she made a mistake. We called to have the papers faxed to her; she denied them, said she found out yesterday that my son needs to have a guardianship in Phoenix. Oh, her bad…life savings gone…father of my children remains in a dangerous situation in your facility.

I have called the Phoenix police department. She had no right to threaten us. They have suggested we file a civil suit against Amie Graham and your facility, CareMeridian in Phoenix.
This family is desperate. You have taken away all our rights, and my son’s rights to their father…THIS IS IMMORAL! SHAME ON YOU!
